Preorder Payments and Cancellations
Preorder customers pay the full purchase amount at checkout. Preorder items are not ready to ship immediately. Please review the product listing for the preorder closing date and estimated timeframe before ordering.
You may cancel your preorder at any time before it ships, including after the preorder closes or the order has been submitted to our supplier. Canceled, unshipped orders receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled items, including any shipping charges if the entire order is canceled.
To cancel, email willowbrookeboutique7@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to cancel.
If your preorder is delayed beyond the shipping timeframe stated when you purchased, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate if available. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel before shipment for a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Return and refund policy for return eligibility after delivery.
